HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Your keys throughout.

Every action is signed in your own wallet. Your USDG goes straight into the vault and the shares come straight back to you.

Connect

Open the app with any wallet on Robinhood Chain. No sign-up, no email, nothing to verify.

Deposit

Pick a vault and sign once. You approve the exact amount only — never an open-ended allowance.

Earn

Your vault shares grow as borrowers pay interest. Withdraw whenever you want, no lockup.

WHERE THE YIELD COMES FROM

Interest from real borrowers.

People who hold tokenized stocks borrow USDG against them instead of selling. They pay interest for it, and that interest flows to everyone in the vault. No emissions, no points dressed up as yield.

The rate moves with demand: when more people want to borrow, it goes up. When fewer do, it goes down.

THE BACKING

Every loan has more stock behind it.

Borrowers can take out at most 62.5% of what their stock is worth. Put another way: every $100 borrowed starts with at least $160 of stock behind it.

What happens when a stock falls?

A borrower posts $250 of stock and borrows $100 of USDG. Drag the slider to move the stock price and watch how far it has to fall before the loan is closed out to protect lenders. These amounts are an example, not a reading from anywhere — the 62.5% limit it is measured against is the markets' real one.

THE VAULTS

Two vaults. Pick one.

Each vault is an independent contract with its own curator, who decides which markets it lends into. The address is on every card so you can look it up yourself.

SAFETY

Built to be boring where it counts.

1.6×

Overcollateralized loans

Every loan starts with more stock behind it than the USDG it borrows.

◆

Rules that can't move

Each market's liquidation threshold is locked when the market is created. No one can change it later, us included.

◎

Curated allocation

Vault curators decide where funds go and cap how much any one market can take.

✓

You sign everything

Stockhaven never holds your funds and has no way to move them. Every action is yours.

=

Exact permissions

Approvals are for the exact amount and expire. Never an unlimited allowance.

▷

Simulated first

Every transaction is checked against the chain before you sign it, so surprises show up before they cost you.

!

What can still go wrong

  • A stock can fall faster than a loan is closed out, leaving a shortfall that lenders share.
  • On busy days part of a withdrawal may need to wait for borrowers to repay.
  • Curators can misjudge a market. USDG depends on holding its dollar peg.
  • Transactions on Robinhood Chain are public, like every transaction there.

QUESTIONS

Before you deposit.

No. Your USDG goes straight from your wallet into the vault contract, and the vault shares come back to your wallet. Stockhaven has no way to move them.

Before a loan's value drops below its stock collateral, the position is closed out: the stock is sold to repay the loan, and the borrower pays a penalty on top. That is what keeps lenders whole. In an extreme, sudden crash it is possible for a shortfall to happen, which is why it is listed under risks.

Yes, there is no lockup. Normally it comes back right away. If many people withdraw at once, part may need to wait for borrowers to repay — the app shows what is available before you sign.

No. It follows borrowing demand. What you see is measured from the vault itself, not promised.

No. There is no sign-up and no email. You connect a wallet and that is it.

No — they are public on the chain like every other transaction there. What is private is everything on our side: we do not ask who you are and we do not store anything about you.

No. Earning never requires it, and nothing about your deposit changes whether you hold it or not.
